These tasks include picking up the tipped over planters, sweeping up the spilled dirt, and watering the plants. These can be monitored from the player’s right wrist, as a button there causes the per-room list of tasks to float just above the right arm. Whatever the case, the player arrives at the customers residence with a small list of tasks to achieve. This does bring up the question of when was this person planning on doing this pastry pickup if her pet hadn’t decided to attempt fernicide this morning. Oddly, a secondary request comes along with the first one, this one for a birthday cake for her cat. Apparently, this means that the owner can’t cancel her trip to the library or at least postpone it for 15 minutes to clean up the mess and wants the player to take care of things for her. The feline fiend finds flipping ferns fairly fun, and has decided to do so the morning of its birthday evening festivities. An early side job in the game is requested by a woman who owns a house inhabited not only by her but also her mischievous cat. What I mean by this is best illustrated by an example. They are simply more restricted, as the player is required to finish the job in the way the house-owner would prefer. However, these side jobs aren’t really too different from the big ones where the player does flip a house. But before having the funding to purchase even the least expensive of these houses, the primary gameplay loop necessitates they take on a few cleanup gigs to build up funds.

House Flipper VR gives the player a go at trying their hand at buying rundown houses and fixing them up in an attempt to meet the needs of a specific buyer. There have been some requests from the public for a PSVR release, but unfortunately, no word back from the devs at this point. All versions of the game are priced at $20 with the exception of the Quest version which is $15 normally but on-sale at the moment for 25% off, bringing the price down to a rather tempting $11.24. Released earlier this month, House Flipper VR is available on the Steam and Oculus stores and supports the Rift, Rift 2, Quest, Quest 2, Valve Index, and HTC Vive headsets. House Flipper VR is, and stick with me on this, the VR treatment of House Flipper from developer and publisher Frozenway. Our house, this will cause our funds to dip.
